The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate "Shipping Data" field or on site by selecting the appropriate "Collect on site" option.

All purchases will be delivered by express courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Unisal Srl is not responsible for delays that are not foreseeable or cannot be attributed to it.

Processing times

ATTENTION : due to the COVID-19 emergency, there may be delays in delivery times.

All orders placed on the website www.lisita.it will be processed within 24/48 hours from the moment of receipt of payment.

Shipping fees

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and may vary depending on the shipping country. The cost of shipping to Italy is €7.99

In the presence of the courier we invite you to check that:

– the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the consignment note (delivered by the courier)

– the packaging is not visibly damaged, nor tampered with, nor wet, nor too light or in any way altered in the closing materials.

Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to refer to for tracking the shipment.

In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the ordered Products will be delivered within 7 (seven) working days starting from the day following the day on which Unisal Srl confirmed the order to the Customer via specific email order confirmation.
